Sarah frowned, getting to her feet then. "Do whatever. I don't care," she snapped before grabbing up her things, walking out the front door. She was angry that Syd was doing this and for the fact that she hadn't even told her until now.

Sydney felt bad now. For a moment, she just sat there and watched Sarah, then stood and followed her outside, blocking her path. I'm sorry. She said as she looked up at her. Don't go...Please. She said in a soft tone. It was pouring out and it was getting worse by the minute. You don't have to talk to me if you don't want to but...stay. It's going to get worse out. Please? She said.

Sarah sighed when Sydney stopped her, just looking at her friend a moment before she shook her head. "I just need to go home right now. It's not too bad. I'll get home before the worst hits," she stated. SHe didn't want to sit in silence with Syd either. SHe just wanted to get home and mope some more. She stepped around her friend, running to her car at top speed, getting into it quickly. She was wet, but not horribly so.

Call me...when you get home okay? She said in a soft tone. Just so I know you're okay. She said in a soft tone and then watched her friend take off. She felt so bad about everything now. Standing there a while, she then turned and headed back inside. Going upstairs, she set the phone on the counter in the bathroom and took a nice, warm bath and relaxed. Moping and thinking about everything that had just happened. She was stupid....doing something like dropping out of school.

Sarah just nodded to her friend's words, telling herself to remember to do that. She really didn't want Syd to worry. She pulled out of the driveway and headed off down the road toward her own house. The worst did hit before she could make it home and there was a lot of water, her wheels losing traction so she skidded and her car plummeted into a decent sized ditch. She ended up with a pretty deep cut on her forehead, but she knew it'd be healing. She slipped out of her car, struggling with that for a moment before she stumbled out onto the road. It was dark, but she knew where she was at least and which direction she needed to go to get home.
