Sarah slowly nodded, but was happy to get off the subject. She didn't want to talk about guys anymore. At least not for awhile. She gave her a smile, sitting up, "Movie sounds good..plus lots of food," she said quickly, giving her a smile. She hopped up and went to the kitchen to dig out food.

Good choice. She said and smiled. Moving, she went and picked out a movie for them to watch and put it into the dvd player. Moving upstairs, she then grabbed a whole bunch of pillows and a blanket or two and tossed them on the floor in front of the fire and sat down. Perfect view of the tv. Smiling, she got comfortable and waited for Sarah to return before pressing play.

Sarah returned to the living room, her arms loaded with food, which she promptly dropped and spread across the coffee table. She picked up a bag of chips and dug into them quickly as the movie started, getting herself settled down on the ground, cozy with a blanket and the pillows.

Sydney smiled as Sarah returned, letting out a small laugh at all the food she had brought out and then reached over, grabbing herself the bag of pretzels and eating them. Pressing play on the movie and then moving, getting comfortable against the pillows and pulling one of the blankets over herself.

Sarah couldn't really focus on the movie, her mind still on the guy. Why did this have to happen to her? She groaned quietly, muffled by her mouthful of chips. She looked toward her friend briefly before trying to focus on the movie. She tried to decide what she'd even say the next time they ran into each other..because she knew that was going to happen.

Sydney ate her pretzels and just watched the movie. Not really worrying about anything else. At least trying not to. Turning her head, she looked at Sarah and grinned, then looked back at the movie. Almost an hour later, though it didn't seem that long at all, the movie was over and Sydney was laying there on the pillows just smiling. Mm...I like that movie. She said.

Sarah hadn't managed to focus on any of the movie, her mind to busy. She was surprised when it was over, not thinking that she'd really been in her own head that long. She blinked a few times, looking to Sydney, just nodding a little in agreement. She wouldn't be able to tell anyone what the movie was even about. She sighed, flopping back on the pillows, staring at the ceiling. "What do you want to do now?"

Well...we can do one anothers nails and what not or...watch another movie...talk...whatever you want. She said, turning onto her side and giving a small smile. As she looked over to the window, she saw that it was pouring outside. Looking back over at her friend, she sat up, putting a little more wood in the fireplace to keep it going and waited for Sarah to say something.

Sarah gave her a slight smile, sitting up some, "We can paint nails and talk some more," she stated, eating some more food. "You need to tell me what to do when I see this guy again. What I should say or whatever...instead of ignoring him.

Okay. She said and smiled. Moving, she went and grabbed the nail polish and everything else they needed and returned, setting it all down on the floor. Looking at the colors, she picked a simple, light color for herself. I know that he's a jerk and everything but...I think he's doing it to purposely get a reaction out of you. If you run into him again, just be nice. Act like it doesn't get to you. Ignoring would probably just make him want to annoy you even more. She said.

Sarah sighed quietly, nodding a little. She knew that was a good idea, but she didn't want to be nice to the guy. But if she were to deal with any of this, that'd be the best idea. She picked out some light polish color for herself as well. She started working on painting Sydney's toes first.

Smiling a little, she let her arms gently rest on her knee's as she watched Sarah do her toe nails. Her chin gently resting on her arms. I wouldn't worry too much about it Sarah. I mean....I believe it will work out for the best in the end. Just...don't let it get to you. She said in a soft tone.

Sarah gave a tiny nod, focusing on Sydney's toes. "I'm trying to...but it's just so frustrating. I don't want to be involved with this guy. Why couldn't I imprint on someone nice? Gentlemanly?" she mumbled. She looked up briefly, giving her friend a little smile. "Whatever, right? It doesn't matter.."

It does matter though...it's making you all frustrated. You deserve to be with someone who cares for you and not treat you like trash. She said, giving a small smile back. That's what sucks about imprinting...you can't pick who it will happen to nor do you know when it's going to happen. I know it sucks now but...I know in the end you will end up with someone good. Someone nice. She said. Sydney just knew that it would happen. She had a feeling she would find someone good for her. She deserved it after everything that had happened to them lately.

Sarah sighed quietly, knowing she should attempt to see what this guy was really like. If he was truly an arrogant jerk, she'd just get away from him and try to ignore the bond she felt. She'd find someone better for her life. She gave her friend a little smile, "We really just need to get off this subject.." she said quietly.
