She made a face as he chuckled, not thinking it was very funny, how she looked. It'd been her favorite shirt anyway. It was flowy with just the right amount of skin showing. She'd worn it for their little meeting in the woods. She figured he'd certainly appreciate it. Of course, she'd gotten appreciation from someone less pleasant. A coldness settled in her as she remembered this. She got up with his help, holding onto his hand still, nodding to the idea of cleaning up. She felt pretty gross, with the blood drying on her.
Now that the thirst was quenched, her mind could focus more completely on other things. Like what she was going to do. "I need to see my parents," she said, putting it into her mind that she'd go see them once she was cleaned up.

Taking a deep breath, Tristian just walked with her until they got to his place and showed her the bathroom. Looking at her, he then looked down at the ground. Stacy...you can't see your parents. They think your dead. It's been three days and they didn't find you. He said in a soft tone, not wanting to upset her. They were told by the police, because they couldn't find you, that you were dead. If you call or go to see them, it's just going to make things worse. He said and just stood there. He hated telling her that but it was the truth. He couldn't just keep that from her.

She stared at him, not wanting to think about how horrible it'd been for her parents the past few days. She could see her mother crying, her father attempting to comfort her. She felt the need to cry, but she found she couldn't. She shook her head a little, trying to push it out of her mind, but she knew she'd keep thinking about it. She gripped onto one of the chairs in the kitchen, the wood crumbling in her fingers. She stared down at it a moment before looking up to him. What about my things from my apartment?" she asked, figuring her parents would have moved everything about by now. And now she had nothing. "Clothes...I don't have any clothes..." She wasn't about to step back into these bloody ones she wore.

I have some of your old outfits in the guest room which I have turned into your bedroom. I also went and bought you several knew outfits. He said and made his way down the hall, motioning for her to follow him. I was also able to grab your camera before anyone else got it. He said and then opened the door to her bedroom and stepped aside. It was pretty big. A little walk out porch, a big closet full of clothes and her own bathroom. I...I know it's not your place but....I thought you would like it. He said in a soft tone.

Stacy stared at him as he mentioned all the things he done for her. If she had any money she'd attempt to pay him back. She followed him to her room, staring. It was bigger than any room she'd ever lived in. She shook her head a little, looking to him. "Thank you," she said in a whisper. He was doing so much for her, taking care of her like this, even getting her camera. She stepped up to him, hugging onto him tightly, pressing her face into his chest. She drew in a deep breath, "You smell even better.." she murmured.
She drew back, inspecting his shirt, touching the blood she'd gotten on him. "Sorry..." She shook her head, "I'm going to clean up." She slipped into the bathroom, the water soon could be heard running.
It was nearly half an hour before the water was shut off. She'd quite enjoyed the experience, and it'd taken some time to get the blood out of her hair. She slipped out of the bathroom in her towel, going through the closet for something to wear.

Tristian smiled and watched her look around. Glad that she had liked it. When she hugged him, he hugged her back and just held her tight. You are very welcome. He said in a soft tone. A small chuckle escaping his lips when she said that he had smelt better. Go shower. I'll be downstairs in the living room. He said and watched her head towards the bathroom. Hearing the water turn on, he smiled a little and just took a seat downstairs on the couch, turning the t.v on to see if anything good was on.

She eventually settled on just some jeans and a t-shirt. She stood and stared at her room a while longer before she made her way downstairs. She still moved in very vampire-like ways, not even realizing it. She moved quicker, her movements precise. She joined him on the couch, staring at the t.v. for a moment before focusing her attentions on him. She studied his face, everything so crisp, clear. She reached up, brushing her fingers against his cheek as lightly as she could. She managed a tiny smile, "No longer need to worry about being careful with me..." she said after a moment. She felt that was currently the only plus to the whole situation.

Tristian turned and looked over at her as she joined him on the couch. Smiling, he just watched her. Well...you still have to be careful but not in the ways as before. Your stronger than me so...you have to be careful there. And, there are rules and everything too. He said in a soft tone. Tristian let his arm wrap around her waist.

She shifted closer to him so her side was pressed against his. She was beginning to feel a little better, somewhat more like herself. For not at least. She kept picking up on noises outside that would startle her and cause her to jerk to look around her. She was still getting used to the overly acute senses. And her strength. She was almost hesitant to hold onto him too much when he said she needed to be careful with him. She stared up at him, her brow furrowing. She was surprised the vampires kept rules. Perhaps it was just Tristian. "What are these..rules? she asked him quietly.

There is a group, they call themselves the vulturi. You could say that they are our government in a way. He said as he thought about it. Turning the t.v. off, he set the remote down and turned his head to look down at her once again. He then explained the rules and told her that it was important to follow them.

She slowly nodded, considering the idea of a vampire government. It seemed quite odd to her. She hadn't imagined they'd really be organized in any way. She listened with full attention as he explained the rules. Most of them seemed pretty obvious. She nodded to show she understand. No breaking those rules. She slid her arms around him, burying her face into his chest, closing her eyes, "Do we sleep in coffins?" she asked after a moment with a little smirk.

Funny.. He said and smiled. He wrapped his other arm around her as she burried her head against him and just held her close. We actually don't sleep at all. He said. No coffins..none of that. we live just like humans. Except for the drinking the blood part. He said.

She smiled a little, cuddling up to him. She thought it was pretty funny. And she'd been almost disappointed not to find a coffin in her room. She was pretty startled to discover that they didn't sleep. That had to make this whole eternity thing super long, right? She couldn't even imagine what one would do all day and night. She lifted her head a little as she could look up at him, "What do we do all night and day, then? she asked, frowning. She thought that it had to get dull at some point.

Well...for me. I spent my time during the day doing my online classes for college, working a little, cleaning around the house. At night is usually when I relax and just kind of hang out around the house or sometimes go out to the movies. depends on what you want to do. He said as he looked up at her and just smiled. His hand moving and stroking her hair as she cuddled up to him.

She frowned a little and nodded, considering this for a moment. She wasn't sure if she'd be able to do the college thing yet. She'd have to use a fake name and everything. Besides, she really wanted to do art. Which, she supposed she could still do. She could paint and take pictures, sell them still. That's what she could do during the day, while he did his thing. She looked up at him as he stroked her hair. It looked a little darker, since it was wet. Her eyes were no longer blue of course, more on the black side right then, not yet changing over to a golden color, more of a tint of red, since that's how they'd been when she woke.
She leaned up toward him, kissing him lightly, her arms sliding around his neck loosely, trying to be careful with him.
