Kyle was moving quickly, Just trying to get back home. He didn't care how soaked he was now from running through the rain, all he wanted was to get home. It was then when he saw a car slid and go into the ditch. Shaking his head, he moved to make sure the person was okay. Squinting, he tried to see through the rain, his gaze locked on the figure. It was hard to tell though through the hard rain. When he got close enough though, he sighed, shaking his head a little when he saw that it was the girl from the cliff. Are you okay? He asked as he looked up at her.

Sarah looked up when she heard footsteps, fixing on the figure that approached. Just great..it was him. She reached up, touching the cut on her forehead, knowing it shouldn't take too long to heal up. She gave a slight nod to his words, "Yeah, I'm good..perfectly fine," she stated. Okay, she was a little dizzy, but she figured that would pass once the deep cut healed.

You don't look fine. He said. You have a huge cut on your head, it's pouring out and...you look like you could fall over at any moment. He said, standing there and looking up at her. His arms moved, crossing over his chest as he just looked up at her and stood there.

Sarah shook her head, touching her forehead carefully again. She drew a deep breath, letting it out slowly. "I'm fine..I just need to get home..." she stated, walking forward, "Which is this way.." she mumbled.

You can't just walk home by yourself. You're hurt. Who know's what the hell could happen from here until you get to your house. She said and moved, stepping in front of her and stopping her. What he said next scared him a little. He couldn't stand this girl but yet...he had said it anyways. You're coming to my house. You can leave in the morning. He told her.

Sarah frowned, shaking her head a little. She knew she was going to be perfectly fine..that she could make it back to her house and by that time her head would probably be healed up. She stared at him at his last words, her brows going up, though that sent a stinging through her forehead. "Fine," she stated, not wanting him to get annoying again. She couldn't deal with that right now.

This way. He said, pointing in the other direction. His house was about five minutes from where they were standing. Nothing fancy but, he liked it. Moving, he began to walk down the road, waiting to see if she was coming and then continued on his way. When he got there, Kyle unlocked the door and stepped inside, letting her in. Just...take your shoes off at the door. He said as he did so. Normally he wouldn't care but since it was pouring so hard out and his shoes were now covered in mud, he didn't want to clean that up.

Sarah followed him, feeling much better as time passed. She knew her head was probably healed up by now. She nodded to his words, removing her shoes before she took a look around the house. She was soaked all the way through, wearing just a pair of cropped sweats and a tank top. Neither of which were quite as cozy as they were since they were now wet. She pushed her hair back, touching her forehead. Yep, completely healed, no gash any longer.

Umm...my brother left some clothes here that might fit you if you want to wear them..let those clothes dry. He said. His brother was much taller than he was. Actually, looked around the same height as her. Moving, he went upstairs and grabbed a pair of sweats and a t-shirt, and handed them to her.

Sarah nodded slowly, watching him go then return with the sweats and t-shirt. "Thanks," she stated, going into the bathroom then. She changed into the dry clothes, returning with her wet ones bundled in her arms. "Can I use your drier to dry these?" she asked him.

Yeah..here. He said taking them and putting them in the dryer. He had changed into dry clothes as well and tossed them into the dryer along with her's and then started it. You can go upstairs to the guest room if you want. Last door on the right...there's a t.v. and what not in there or...sit in the living room. Whatever you want. He said and moved to sit down in the living room.

Sarah stood awkwardly there for a moment while he tossed the clothes in the dryer, shifting on her feet. She nodded to his words, deciding she'd just sit in the living room for awhile. It just seemed rude to go sit up in the guest room. She followed him into the living room, dropping down on the couch. She pulled out her phone, texting Syd about her current situation.

Kyle turned on the t.v. and flipped through the channels until he found something that looked okay and just sat there. He didn't know what to do or say. It was weird. Letting out a small sigh, he leaned back against the couch and just sat there. The sound of her texting reaching over to him but he just ignored it.
When Sydney got the text, she had just finished cleaning everything up and opened her mouth a little. She couldn't believe it. But...I thought he was a jerk...what are you doing now? She sent and headed upstairs.

Sarah sighed quietly, focusing down on her phone. I don't know. Maybe he's not such a jerk..but we're just sitting here awkwardly, watching tv. What should I say to him? she asked her friend, casting a briefly glance toward Kyle.

Sydney read the text and thought about it a moment. I guess just say thank you or something. I dunno. lol. That's really weird. From what you told me...he doesn't exactly seem like the greatest guy in the world...seems out of character for him. She replied.
