Nessie just sat inside the house, her books open in front of her as she sat in the living room and did some of her work. Her curly locks pulled back into a messy pony tail as she crossed her legs and just sat on the floor on a pillow from the couch. Brushing a stray strand of hair behind her ear, she lifted her head and looked around the house. She was tired of just sitting there doing her work. She had been doing that most of the day. Turning back towards her things, she closed all of her books and put them into a pile in the corner of the room and then slipped on her shoes. Smiling a small smile, she stepped out the front door and then took off through the woods.
It wasn't long before she was at the Lake and Nessie just smiled. She liked coming here. Closing her eyes, she listened to everything around her. The animals running around and the sound of the water. Leaves russling in the breeze and birds chirping. It was all soothing and pretty to her. Opening her eyes, Nessie let out a small breath and took a few steps towards one of the trees and then sat down underneath it. Leaning her back against the trunk of the tree, she closed her eyes once more and let her thoughts just run through her head.
All she had wanted to do was get out for half an hour and relax. Enjoy the fresh air and then she would go back to her studies. That was it. Letting her arms gently cross over her chest, she hummed softly to herself and crossed her ankles. Enjoying herself.

Carlisle had been in his study for awhile. After a couple of hours of reading and what not, he decided to leave the room and check on his grand daughter. He knew she was doing homework. He walked downstairs to see her books and school work laying there. But he noticed she was gone. She followed her scent out the door. He decided to continue to follow the scent, just so he could keep an eye on the girl and make sure she was safe. It brought him to the lake. He smiled as she sat down. But he didn't want to bother her because she was obviously relaxing.
The man kept his distance, but stayed nearby.

Nessie just continued to sit there and relax. The light breeze gently swirling her locks around her shoulders and beamed. Opening her eyes, she took a deep breath and that was when a scent hit her nose and she looked around. It wouldn't have bothered her so much but she was hungry. She could hear her stomach growl quietly and she frowned. When the scent hit the little girls nose again, she could instantly tell that it was a human, probably a hunter, and did her best to ignore it and just sit there. She couldn't help it though. The scent was so inviting...smelled so good that she couldn't help but stand and slowly move in the direction of the human.
