Overall Appearance: John has gorgeous sandy brown hair that looks blonde in certain lights. He has piercing deep blue eyes and light olive skin that tans very easily. He is always clean shaven and he keeps his hair sort. He likes a neat, clean appearance.

Overall History: John was born in Huston, Texas to David and Brandy Marshall. He had a normal Childhood and the family moved to Cancun when he was two. His best friend growing up was Leo Vance. John did pretty well in school and at an early age developed a keen interest in law enforcement. He got really sick with a high fever at age 15. No one could figure out what was causing his fever. He had no infection, the doctors were baffled. He eventually figured out what was wrong with him when he phased.

There was very little vampire threat in Cancun so John only phased when necessary or when he and Leo needed a run. He was depressed when Leo and Kylie moved away. He still saw them occasionally but not as much as he would have liked. Eventually He moved back to Huston. He became a very good officer with the Huston PD. He moved up the ranks fairly quickly making lead detective by age 25. He was very good at closing cold cases and cases that most could not figure out. His star was only on the rise until he made one colossal mistake.

About a year ago he visited the Vances in La Push. He applied for a job but it was months before he heard anything. Meanwhile he was assigned a beautiful new partner that reminded him so much of Kylie. Her name was Melina. After a few months of flirting they had one night together, then it came out that she was the mistress of his police captain. He got a call from La Push PD that day and took the job on the spot. Basically he turned tail and ran before his stupidity affected his Career.[/right]

Emmett stood on the branch of an evergreen that stood stories high, and inhaled deeply. Yup, definitely a grizzly nearby, and he had dibs, but of course Carlisle already knew that. Emmett's mind was almost growling hurry up Pops, I'm starving here. He knew thinking it wouldn't do any good, he was hunting with Carlisle after all, not Edward. It's said that patience is a virtue, unfortunately it was not one that Emmett possessed.

Staring down at the ravine below, Emmett searched for any sign of Carlisle. Where could he have lost him? He thought Carlisle was right behind him the whole way. Oh well, if nothing else, they'd meet back at the house. Emmett was too hungry to keep waiting.

He took off through the tree limbs, leaping from branch to branch on the giant evergreens, centering himself over the oblivious bear. And just like that it was dead; and Emmett wasn't thirsty any more. Now he just needed to find Carlisle.
