Sarah grinned, nodding, "It definitely will be.." she stated, flicking some paint at her before pouring some into one of the trays. She grabbed a roller for both of them, handing one to her. She rolled hers through the paint before getting to work on painting one of the walls. She looked to her, smiling at her, "So, are you and Sean getting...serious?"

Sydney let out a small squeal and moved, flicking some of her paint back at her. Grabbing the roller, she walked over to the wall after pouring some paint in the tray and began to paint. When Sarah mentioned Sean, she blushed a little. A small smile on her face. Well, I really like him. I just....I don't want to rush things. Don't want to fall too hard, too fast and then have him run off. She said in a soft tone. Putting her roller in the paint again, she moved it back to the wall.

Sarah grinned, painting the wall slowly as she listened to her friend, glancing toward her after a moment. She rolled her eyes and sighed, "Really, Syd, you're being ridiculous. I mean, it's fine not to rush things. But I highly doubt that he's going to run off. That'd hurt both of you," she stated in a matter of fact way, giving a firm nod.

Sydney listened and just gave a small nod of her head. I just....don't want to get hurt again is all. She said in a soft tone. She continued to paint the wall, her head tilting to the side just a little as she went and got a little more paint. Sydney loved Sean and didn't know what she would do without him. She knew already that she was falling hard and falling fast.

She nodded a little, knowing how she felt. She had wanted to find love for awhile now, and it'd now come to her. She'd been hurt a few times before, but never really talked about it. Mostly because she felt she didn't have a reason to be hurt. The relationships had been short, nothing. And none of them felt like how she was with Steve. She believed Steve was the end of the line. The last man she'd have in her heart. She felt very strongly for him. An imprinting had that effect on a person. They'd imprinted on each other and now they were bound.
She glanced over to her friend, giving her a little smile, "I don't think you'll be hurt again. That won't happen," she said firmly. She liked to think positively with most scenarios. This was no different.

Sydney gave a small nod of her head as she listened to Sarah. Maybe she was right though, she didn't know. She still had this wall put up around her heart. Yeah, she liked Sean and hoped that he was her last, hoped that he wouldn't hurt her but...she was still scared. She didn't want to loose him like she did her entire family. Shaking the thought from her head, Sydney just continued to paint. Yeah, I guess your right. She said with a small nod of her head.

"Of course I'm right. Now, cheer up. You're bringing a black cloud into this room and I don't like it," she stated, giving her a smile. She continued to paint the wall, kneeling occasionally to run the roller through the tray to refresh the paint.
